Responsible for the Day to Day operations of the store towards desired goals and results including continuous development of store personnel. Store freshness, cleanliness and appeal to customers along with friendliness meeting customer expectations are additional responsibilities. Food safety and regulatory compliance are key functions of the job as well.
Store Management is expected to coach and develop store employees to reach highest potentials. As a member of store management – this position requires complete dedication with respect to company objectives, policies, values of respect ,honesty and integrity of others.

— utilize proper monitoring of competition to remain competitive
–properly staff and train your store employees
— provide timely feedback with regards to required communication and reporting to headquarters

Qualifications and Skills
–requires 5+ years of previous supermarket or comparable retail experience.
–college graduate is desirable but experience will supersede this requirement
–food safety handling etc certifications are desirable.
